Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day.
- Payment Verification: We verify all payments before processing. In case of payment failures, we will notify you immediately.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders:
- Standard Shipping: ₹80 - Delivery within 5-7 business days across India.
- Express Shipping: ₹150 - Delivery within 2-3 business days (available for select pin codes).
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹1,500.
- Cash on Delivery: Available for orders below ₹5,000 with an additional ₹50 charge.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors:
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days (Standard), 1-2 business days (Express)
- Tier 2 Cities: 4-6 business days (Standard), 2-3 business days (Express)
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days (Standard only)
- Northeast India: 7-12 business days due to logistical constraints
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
- A SMS with tracking details (if mobile number was provided)
- Real-time tracking updates from our logistics partner
You can track your order using the tracking number on our logistics partner's website or through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's our return policy:
- The sealed package being opened
- The product being removed from its packaging
- The product condition from all angles
- Any visible damage or defect
- Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery for damaged or defective products.
- Eligibility: Only unused, undamaged products in their original packaging with all tags attached are eligible for return.
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, personalized items, and products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
For customers outside India, please contact us directly to discuss alternative arrangements.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to certain locations due to logistical constraints:
- APO/FPO addresses
- PO Box addresses
- Certain remote areas in the Northeast and Andaman & Nicobar Islands
- Restricted or high-security areas
